hello! super happy that you all had the day off to celebrate! we had to work over here!!! but anyways, I just need to add an account for direct deposit. I deleted the darden card and it wouldn't let me add another one. if you all could call me be back or help me solve this issue id appreciate it.

Problem with my paycheck

My bank card was hacked a few weeks ago and I should of gotten my paycheck anywhere from 12-2:30am and its about 4:10am this is the longest I have ever had to wait for my paycheck its either on my darden pay card or in my bank do I need to contact someone of should I not worry? Because if not where is my check because this is the second time I have had this problem 3 weeks in a row.

Hello, my name is Larry Mitchell. I recently ate dinner at a Lone Star Restaurant in Waldorf Maryland. I am a diabetic,. and what I made a request for a beverage to drink, I asked for Coke Zero. What I got was water downed Coke, not once but twice. The third time I asked for a beverage I finally got because Coke Zero. I started feeling sick do l left. I wasn't sure what was going on till l got home. I passed out and when I woke up my blood sugar was 416. It hasn't been that high since I was diagnosed. I went back and tried to speak to the manager on duty and he refused absolutely refused to listen to me. If this is the way you treat customers you need to close this store. These people are trying to kill me.

Smug, Disgusting Manager

James Alexander might be the most arrogant man I have ever seen. Most certainly one of the most unprofessional. He is the manager at your location at Airport Rd, in Arden NC. I asked to speak with him somewhere discreetly after he fired my daughter. He said no, we could speak here, in front of sfaff and customer. My daughter can write here own complaint about the fair labor standard laws he broke daily, that she never called out but 2 times in her upcoming year there due to illness. Sh can tell you how they never got breaks, worked double shifts and how she though asked well in advance never had a weekend off. She can tell you that they basically had very different personalities and he just didn't like her. He had the attitude of a disgusted woman I am going to tell how he refused to produce any write ups he said he did for being tardy or anything she signed thereof. He told me there was nothing I could do to him. He owned that store and any disputes are handled by Darden internally, this after I told him I could seek outside council or contact the NC Labor board. Several of her co-workers have called since she left and said he was so glad she was gone, though the staff and customers loved her. They all speak ill of him but her fires only those that he seems to not like, nothing about the work. They all dislike him but people have to work. He is a gay man, yet has little respect for other diversity. My daughter was the only African American server in the restaurant. He does hire several of the LGBTQ population, but little racial diversity. He was so disrespectful to me coming into the restaurant around waiting customers and staff. I found that ridiculously unprofessional. I would be ashamed to have him represent the Olive Garden brand. I plan to continue complaining about him as well as leaving a review a day about that horrible frozen food and packaged salads. Wow so now it’s down to mommy fighting her battles. She got fired, she will live.

You however have zero right to say ANYTHING unless your daughter is under 18. Once she hit 18 YOU got set aside. Your state is a right to work state and she was fired. End of story.

You can CLAIM that the manager is breaking whatever labor rules you would like, however your claims are entirely baseless. YOU were not a employee and since your daughter was fired her statements are also suspect. TThen you throw race into it. The manager has every right to remove a employee he doesn’t like, it’s HIS TEAM!!!

Face reality lady!!! ALL JOBS WORK YOU TO DEATH!!! It’s the American way!! No break, too bad keep working.

No lunch? Too bad keep working. Double shifts? Overtime?

TOO BAD KEEP WORKING!!! Yes it sucks. It blows. It’s unfair to every person who works.

But THAT is what YOU the customer has demanded. You don’t want a new server and god help them if the wait staff isn’t checking your water every five mins or else YOU will go online and exaggerate the situation. You will lie, you will intentionally cause another human harm, provided you get a coupon. So yes, EVERYTHING you have written is hearsay.

Second hand info with YOUR PERSONAL SLANT on the situation. Get over it, you had no right to publish the managers name out on the web. The only karma is that YOU WILLINGLY gave all your personal info out on the web. So please reflect on this at your leisure.

You willing chose to cause another human harm because they fired YOUR CHILD.

You now have to deal with potential identity theft and tons of spam. I guess your little revenge scheme failed as epically as your child did.

My fiance and I visited your Olive Garden at Harvard park Square in Warrensville Ohio on Friday September 27th,we got there at 1:00 p.m. by 2 o'clock p.m. . We ordered our meals with the salad and drinks, we still hadn't been served our meals the waitress said they would be up shortly we could not stay any longer,we were on our lunch break the service Or lack thereof was unacceptable the restaurant was unkept several hostesses stood around doing absolutely nothing , but texting.We were seated at the bar, the bar server left dirty plates beside me from a patron I never saw, she was dry, never offered us more saled or bresdsticks or refills of our beverages and was unapologetic about the bad service. We will never visit this location again

Olive Garden, E. Washington St, Indianapolis IN, is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. If it would have been one complaint, I would be cool, but the waitress Danielle B made our entire dining a catastrophe. I feel she should be retrained. We were not even offered refills on our beverages. No cheese on our food.. We had to ask for our silverware 2 times. She took her sweet time bringing our salad, soup and our entres. When I told her we didn't appreciate being treated like that she hunched her shoulders, and continued to walk away.. I will never go there again and would no recommend anyone else I know to go there either.

The cheese, refills and silverware she was responsible for. But as far as bread, salad, entrees, the server is at the kitchen's mercy. They can't bring you anything from the kitchen until the kitchen staff has it ready.

No respect for the employees

With a category 5 hurricane, one would think you would be respectful of the lives of the employees and their families And close the restaurant prior to the hurricane making or even coming close where the winds are too high to even drive-in safely. You obviously care about them Almighty dollar more than you do the lives of your employees. I am a regular customer at many of the Darden restaurants and I find it absolutely criminal that you would wait for the last minute to close your restaurants for fear that you may lose a few $1000. If I had a son or a daughter working for Darden restaurants and something happened to them because you refuse to close your restaurant in a timely manner so those employees could get Safely home to their families, I would sue you so you would never have a restaurant left. Do the right thing and close your restaurants before it is too late for your loyal employees to make it safely home!

The space did require a monetary amount and obviously, I have no idea how much Darden takes in, and don't care. I was just concerned about the welfare of all the employees.

You didn't lose a quarter of a million dollars so stop lying. Personally, I have no respect (or affection) for Darden Restaurants ; why would I suspect that they had any for me ?

When you fill out the complaint form here, it's a field where you are asked monetary loss. The letter writer obviously was just filling in the blank field with a number. The point of the complaint was absolutely lost on you.

Payroll issues

i was recieving my income/paycheck as direct deposit and had two accounts in which the krowd system was placing my money. one for the bank card and another for a loan payment. recently i changed checking accounts and used self service to add new direct deposit. i noticed that week my paycheck was not recieved (check #3909****) after looking again on krowd i noticed my checking account was deleted and the collection account was default. i need to add new direct deposit and reconfigure my loan account payment. i have not recieved pay for 2 checks if i dont get resolved soon. . thank you for any help on this issue.
